Before you install

Publicly listed as CutoutGuard on Shopify and CutoutGuard: Ürün Görseli Studio on ikas. Check each marketplace for current plans and installation.
New Shopify processing uses Photoroom Basic; the ikas edition retains a separate processing integration. Credits and output options depend on the platform.
Preview generation uses credits. ikas media publishing requires its separate acceptance gates; alt-text editing is not an ikas feature.

Questions

Does it overwrite the source image?

The Shopify workflow uploads generated media and records recovery information before replacing the product image. Gallery position and variant associations are preserved by that workflow.

Can I process a collection?

Yes. The implemented selection includes the first image, chosen images, or all eligible images in selected products and collections. The ikas edition selects products through categories.

Can I control the output?

Background, canvas, size, and PNG/JPG/WebP output controls are available. Provider-specific unsupported options are excluded; not every option is available on both platforms.
